The sky is still the limit, but here's what we imagine you doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our inbound sales and marketing process at clients to help them gain commercial traction
  • Develop campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, and Google Ads.
  • Own growth budgets and improve CAC while growing volumes. Design and execute creative new marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life
  • Leverage user insights and market trends to identify and define opportunities and strategies for growth
  • Experience with website design/management (Webflow), conversion rate optimization, and organic marketing channels
  • Maintain data and tools within HubSpot CMS/CRM
  • Manage clients’ various content strategies such as but not limited to webinar series, podcast, blog, and video content
  • Maintain and develop websites with landing pages, updates, and other features that help drive our business
  • Design and implement content pieces using existing assets as well as using simple design tools to develop new ones
  • Manage complex customer accounts in healthtech, medtech, medical software, diagnostics and other medical verticals

What we sort of expect from your end.

  • 2+ yearsʼ experience in marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in a growth, acquisition, digital marketing, and/or SEM/SEO role. Healthcare & life sciences experience a plus but not required
  • 2+ yearsʼ experience running various social media campaigns and architecting growth and acquisition strategies
  • 2+ years of related experience in a data-driven marketing role, digital, content, paid media
  • You're based out of Germany and are fluent in English and German
  • You've got an undestanding of the German healthcare market and understand reimbursement mechanics as well as other market drivers/ key regulation
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and Customer Relation Management Systems. (Hubspot)
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated field is a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including growing field sales teams
  • Ability to influence without authority using data or case studies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
